- SBL Leaders Academy organizes leadership training, seminars, workshops, and professional development programs at designated venues.
- Each ticket is valid only for the specific event date, time, and venue mentioned during purchase.
3. Ticket Purchase & Confirmation
- 3.1 Ticket prices are clearly displayed in BDT (৳).
- 3.2 Upon successful payment, confirmation will be delivered instantly via Email/SMS/WhatsApp.
- 3.3 Ticket delivery time: Immediate upon successful payment.
- 3.4 Entry may require confirmation message, QR code, or registered phone number.
4. Pricing Transparency
All applicable service charges, VAT, or processing fees (if any) are displayed before checkout.
5. Event Modification & Cancellation
- 5.1 The Academy reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, or modify event details if necessary.
- 5.2 If the event is rescheduled, the ticket will remain valid for the new date.
- 5.3 If the event is canceled by the Academy, participants will receive a full refund or event credit as outlined in the Refund Policy.
6. Participant Conduct
- Participants must maintain professional and respectful behavior.
- The Academy reserves the right to deny entry or remove any participant engaging in misconduct without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
- All training materials, slides, branding, and content remain the exclusive property of SBL Leaders Academy.
- Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
8. Media Consent
Participants acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken during events and may be used for promotional purposes unless a written objection is submitted prior to the event.
9. Limitation of Liability
- The Academy is not responsible for personal belongings.
- Participation is at the attendee's own discretion and responsibility.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
- Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
11. Service Delivery Time

Ticket Delivery Time
Upon successful payment confirmation:
- The digital ticket copy will be generated instantly
- The ticket will appear immediately on the next page
- Confirmation will also be sent via Email/SMS (if applicable)
- Delivery Time: Immediate (Real-Time, 0–1 Minute after successful payment)
Training Service Delivery
The training service will be delivered:
- On the specific event date and time mentioned on the ticket
- At the designated venue announced during registration
- Participants must arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time
