Return and Refund Policy

SBL Leaders Academy

At SBL Leaders Academy, we strive to provide the best training experience. However, we understand that circumstances may change. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or credits may be issued.

1. Academy Cancellation

If the Academy cancels an event for operational reasons, participants are entitled to:

100% Refund

Full refund of the ticket price to your original payment method

Credit Transfer

Transfer your ticket value to a future event of your choice

Refund Processing Timeline: 7–14 working days via original payment method.

2. Event Rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled due to operational reasons or force majeure:

  • Tickets automatically remain valid for the new date.
  • Participants will be notified immediately via Email/SMS/WhatsApp about the new schedule.
  • Refund eligibility in this case will be determined by the Academy on a case-by-case basis.

Note: If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, please contact us at leaders@sblcommerce.com to discuss available options.

3. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, cyclones, etc.)
  • Government restrictions or lockdowns
  • Public health emergencies (pandemics, epidemics)
  • Political unrest or civil disturbances
  • Venue unavailability due to emergency situations

The Academy may reschedule the event without liability. In such cases:

  • Your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date
  • Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • The Academy will make reasonable efforts to accommodate participants

4. Participant-Initiated Cancellation

Important: Tickets purchased by participants are generally non-refundable once the payment is confirmed, unless the event is canceled or significantly modified by the Academy.

However, in exceptional circumstances, participants may contact us at leaders@sblcommerce.com with:

  • Booking/Transaction ID
  • Registered Name and Phone Number
  • Reason for cancellation request

Each request will be reviewed individually, and the decision will be at the sole discretion of the Academy management.

5. Refund Process

When a refund is approved, the following process applies:

  1. Approval Notification: You will receive confirmation via email/SMS
  2. Processing Time: 7–14 working days from approval date
  3. Refund Method: Original payment method (bank account, mobile wallet, or card)
  4. Transaction Fees: Any gateway or processing fees may be deducted as per payment provider policy

Note: Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider's processing time.

6. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Participant fails to attend the event (no-show)
  • Participant arrives late after event commencement
  • Participant is denied entry due to misconduct or violation of event policies
  • Change of mind after successful payment
  • Failure to provide correct contact information resulting in missed communication

7. Ticket Transfer

If you cannot attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person by:

  • Notifying us at least 48 hours before the event via leaders@sblcommerce.com
  • Providing the new participant's name, phone number, and email address
  • The original booking holder remains responsible for ticket validity

Note: Ticket transfers are subject to Academy approval and may not be available for certain events.

9. Policy Updates

SBL Leaders Academy reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page with an effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
